If you've received a vidfora promo or influencer code, you can redeem it yourself — no card required.
How to redeem
- Sign in to vidfora.
- Go to Account and find the promo code section.
- Enter your code and submit.
Your plan upgrades immediately. Some codes are permanent; others grant a set number of days. The confirmation tells you which you've received.
You can also arrive with a code on a signup link — it's applied to the account you create.
No payment details needed
A redeemed code is not a trial that converts into a subscription. There's no card on file and nothing to cancel. When a time-limited code expires, the account simply returns to the Free plan.
If your code is rejected
"Invalid code" — Check for typos, and for characters like 0/O or 1/l. Codes are not case-sensitive.
"Already redeemed" — Codes are one-per-account. If you've used it on this account, the plan should already be active — check your Account page.
"No longer available" — The code has hit its redemption limit. Many influencer codes are single-use.
"Expired" — The code passed its expiry date.
"You already have an active subscription" — Codes can't be applied on top of a paid subscription. Contact support before cancelling anything and we'll sort out the right order.
Getting a code
Codes are issued through creator partnerships and occasional promotions. There's no public code to request from support.
